A Different Kind of Evaluation Experience
Walking alongside families. Bridging clinical and school systems.
Neuro Allies provides neuroaffirming psychological evaluations and educational advocacy services for children, adolescents, and young adults in Minnesota. My work at Neuro Allies is grounded in a deep understanding of both clinical and school systems, allowing me to translate evaluation findings into meaningful, actionable support.
I partner closely with families and professionals to ensure each child’s strengths and needs are understood and effectively supported across settings. I believe families deserve more than a diagnosis; they deserve an ally.

Hi! I’m Dr. Laurie Kincade
I know firsthand how deeply parents care about understanding and supporting their children, and I also know how overwhelming it can feel when you are searching for answers. Families often tell me they feel lost trying to navigate systems, advocate for support, and make sense of conflicting information. I am a nationally certified school psychologist and licensed child psychologist, so I understand how to help in numerous systems. My hope is that when families work with me, they feel genuinely seen, cared for, and never alone in the process. I strive to create a space where children feel comfortable being themselves, parents feel heard, and everyone gains greater clarity, confidence, and hope for what comes next.
