Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation

Comprehensive evaluations can include cognitive testing, academic testing, executive functioning assessments, and testing for different neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., ASD, ADHD) and mental health diagnoses (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD).
There are additional options for more targeted private pay evaluations at a reduced rate. If the following do not include what you need, please reach out.
ADHD only evaluation
$2,250
This evaluation includes clinical interview, record review, cognitive testing, executive functioning assessments, multi-informant rating scales, report, and feedback session.
Intellectual and adaptive testing (e.g., county qualification)
$2,000
This evaluation includes clinical interview, record review, cognitive testing, adaptive measures, report, and feedback session.
Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)
$3,100
IEEs will be charged at the flat rate of $3,100 if a comprehensive second opinion evaluation is needed. If the district is requesting a more limited scope, Neuro Allies is happy to provide an hourly estimate based on the specific components needed.
Giftedness testing

This package includes brief clinical interview, cognitive testing, brief write-up, and feedback session.
If Neuro Allies is out-of-network with your insurance provider:
Neuro Allies is happy to provide a superbill. A superbill is a detailed receipt that healthcare providers give to a client so they can seek reimbursement from their insurance company. You can also ask your insurance company about coverage regarding the following codes for reimbursement: 90791, 96136, 96137, 96130, and 96131.
